The OpenWick in each Cue candle is ready to light out of the box; there is no need for trimming upon first lighting. OpenWick is also self-trimming throughout the entire burn of the candle. If your OpenWick flame exceeds 1.5”, we recommend trimming your wick to ¼”.
We recommend burning your candle for four hours on the first burn. Do not leave your candle burning for more than 5 hours and allow the candle to cool once extinguished. Remember to never leave a candle burning unattended. Stop use when a 1/4 inch of melted wax remains.
