When will I get my first shipment?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Will I be notified in advanced prior to my order being processed?
Yes, 7 days prior to your order being processed you will receive an email reminder.

When will my recurring shipments ship?
Your subscription will be based off your initial order date then your frequency. For example, if your first order was October 15^th and you selected monthly your next order will be processed November 15^th.

I received a payment failed notification. What do I need to do?
We attempted to process your subscription, but the payment did not go through. Your subscription is on hold. Please contact us to update your payment information and reactivate your subscription.
