Our amazing warehouse staff is working hard to serve you. We will let you know as soon as your order has shipped. Due to the overwhelming number of deliveries being prioritized by FedEx via their network, shipments may be delayed.

RETURNS

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please email wholesale@cuecompany.com within 7 days of receiving the order. With issues regarding broken or damaged items, we will work with you to resolve as quickly as possible. All sales are final if returning for any other reason. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. Customers are always welcome to use their own shipping account.
